Character and player menus

At the bottom of most pages are two menus.

Character Menu:

- Will create a new note for editing - will appear in your character's inventory

- Will create an envelope in your character's inventory

- Opens the build menu, where you can start projects to build tools, machines, vehicles etc...

- Opens the menu for clothes and accessories, similar to the build menu

Player Menu:

- Go back to the player page (the list of your characters)

- More details/help

- Logout
