Someone with paranormal skills. As Cantr world has no magic, people who play characters with paranormal skills are usually breaking the Capital Rule in some way.

Sometimes people "read minds" when someone is expressing their character's thoughts in rp and someone reacts to it. This shouldn't be happening, neither the writing of thoughts nor reading them. If someone does neither, just ignore it.
